Payment

After submitting payment for your Goods to Gawk Printing, LLC you are agreeing to the following terms listed on this page. Gawk Printing, LLC will e-mail you a secure link with your invoice where you can process your credit card payment online. We accept all major credit cards and bank payments (ACH) through Wave Apps. Submitting payment means you agree to the listed charges in the invoice and these charges may not be disputed. If you feel like an amount your being charged is incorrect, please contact Gawk Printing, LLC before submitting payment. If you chose to store your payment information, Gawk Printing, LLC will not use this information without the Buyers consent.

Shipping

Shipping Processing Time:

We produce orders on an ASAP basis. Your order will ship between 2-7 business days after payment is made. We will contact you when your order ships with your tracking number. If there is an unexpected delay in shipment we will contact you with an updated lead time.

Disclaimer: Gawk Printing, LLC assumes responsibility for the Goods, and all risk of damage, loss, or delay of the Goods, until the Goods are delivered to or collected by the Buyer. Once the Goods have been delivered to or collected by the Buyer, the Buyer assumes all responsibility for and risk of damage to such Goods. All packages shipped from Gawk Printing, LLC come insured. If there is damage done to your Goods in the shipping process, please contact us and not the shipping provider so that we may resolve the issue and replace your Goods. Damaged Goods requests can be processed up to 2 business days after receiving your goods. 

Flat rate shipping is $10 on orders less than 5 lbs.

Expedited shipping services start at $25.

Gawk Printing, LLC ships through USPS. At this time we do not offer international shipping.

Margin of Error

Unfortunately, we are not robots! Goods at Gawk Printing, LLC are finished by hand. Because of this, prints provided by Gawk Printing, LLC are provided with a margin of error within 1/16” of the requested size. Buttons produced by Gawk Printing, LLC will have a centering margin of error of 1/16”. The button margin will be based on the image provided by the Buyer placed in our provided template.

Refunds

If you are in some way unsatisfied with the quality of your Goods, please contact us immediately. We would prefer to correct any imperfections of your Goods. These will be reproduced for you at no cost. If we are unable to satisfy your needs we will refund the cost of production to you. Refund requests can be processed up to 7 business days after receiving your goods.
