What is the ordering process?

Go to our Place an Order page and fill out all of the necessary fields. After we receive your order request we will send you an invoice detailing all of the costs associated.

After you approve the invoice, please send all files associated with your order to gawkprinting@gmail.com. If there are any issues or discrepancies with your files, we will contact you to resolve these problems before moving forward.

Once the files are deemed ready for print, and payment has been received, your order will move to production. Currently our turnaround time is always going to be “ASAP”. We will update you if we foresee any delay with producing your order.

What kind of files should I submit to you for printing?

For any raster images we ask you provide us with a high resolution JPEG or a TIFF. For an image containing vector components, or something that was exported from software like Adobe Illustrator, we ask you provide us with a PDF.

If your image contains text that is not hand drawn, please outline your fonts before sending the files. The same goes for any images you may have placed in your artwork, please ensure those images are embedded.

Attach your files in an email and send to gawkprinting@gmail.com. If you are sending files too large for an email, most file transfer services or cloud services are acceptable. We recommend using wetransfer.com. This is a free service that is very easy to use.

Do you have order minimums?

At Gawk Printing, LLC we strive to be inviting to all types of artists. Because of this our minimum for art prints is $25 per media. This can be multiple images all printed on the same media. We charge by square foot for our art printing. Because of the wide variety of papers you can print on, we do not have a set rate. Please contact us for specific pricing info and quoting.

For our 1.25” buttons we have a minimum of 50 buttons of a single image. Pricing for buttons starts at $35 for 50 of a single image with incremental savings in larger quantities. For magnets our minimum is 25 of a single image for $25 with incremental savings in larger quantities.

Where do you ship to? Can I pick up my order?

We ship anywhere in the United States, standard shipping rates apply. Gawk Printing, LLC is located in Lakewood, OH, a few miles west of Cleveland. If you are close enough to where we are located and don’t want to pay for shipping, we can arrange a flexible time for pick up.

We operate Gawk Printing, LLC while being mindful of our impact on the environment. Almost all of our packaging supplies are sourced from companies like EcoEnclose who manufacture their materials with up to 100% recycled materials. The majority of boxing and packing materials you will receive with your order will be both recyclable and compostable!
